As an Aerosoles Rewards member you'll earn points for every purchase and for engaging with our brand through social media and other platforms. Once you earn enough points to unlock rewards discounts, points can be redeemed like cash at checkout.

There are many ways to earn Aerosoles Rewards points. Earn points for every dollar you spend at aerosoles.com, earn points for leaving a review, and for referring friends who make their first purchase.

Points can be earned for reviews of verified orders. Verified orders are review requests that are emailed to you about 2-4 weeks after your order was placed.
From that email, you can submit a review on a recent verified order.
Reviews written on the website cannot be verified by the rewards system and are not eligible for Reward points.
Select orders may not be eligible to receive a review email.

Points expire one year after the last order was placed.

When you log in, you will be emailed a code for account verification. No password is required.

Redeeming points is easy! You will first need to log in to your account. Then you can select where to redeem your points at Checkout. At Checkout, there will be a drop-down Rewards Box where you can automatically redeem your eligible points. Once you click "Apply," the code selected will automatically apply to your order.

Points on orders are added to the account once the order is fulfilled (shipped). If you do not see points added within 24 hours of order fulfillment, you can contact us here.

Points will be deducted from any refunds or store credits issued.

Once you redeem your points, they will be placed in your Rewards History. Once you’re ready to use your redemption, simply copy and paste your code and add it at checkout. Redeemed codes that are not used expire 1 year after redemption.

Sometimes when you copy and paste a code, it natively adds a space. Try to delete those spaces (before or after the code) and try again.

Aerosoles Rewards Eligibility
To be eligible for the Aerosoles Rewards program, you must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Visit https://www.aerosoles.com/pages/rewards to get started.
Aerosoles accounts that are already created will be automatically activated in the Aerosoles Rewards program. To view your account, log in here.
Aerosoles Reward Points
Aerosoles Rewards is a tiered rewards program that allows customers in the United States to earn points when they engage with Aerosoles. Members receive reward points for each purchase.
Create an Aerosoles Rewards account here. Reward points can be earned only at aerosoles.com. Rewards points can only be redeemed at aerosoles.com.
Aerosoles Rewards do not have a cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Aerosoles Rewards redemption may not be combined with other coupon codes or other promotions. Aerosoles Rewards are not transferable to other accounts.
Once redeemed, Aerosoles Reward promotions cannot be canceled, and points cannot be reimbursed. The Rewards promotion will be available in your account under the Rewards History section until you’re ready to use it. Once coupons are activated, they have a 1-year expiry period.
Points for purchases are added to the account once the order is fulfilled (shipped). Please allow 24 hours after fulfillment to allow the account to update.Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for points accumulation.
Points for incentives are updated within 24 hours after fulfillment. If you feel like you have earned points but they’re not showing up in your account, you can troubleshoot with these tricks:
-Try to refresh your browser.
-Try to log out and then back into your account.
Check your rewards history in your rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your rewards history will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made to your account.

There is no limit to the number of points earned. There are limits (both lifetime and time limits) to certain bonus point initiatives.
Points expire one year from the date they are earned in the Aerosoles Rewards Program.
Points may be earned for reviews on verified orders. Verified orders are review requests that are emailed to your email a couple of weeks after your order was placed. From that email, you can submit to earn 25 points. Reviews written on the website directly are not able to be verified by the Rewards system and are not eligible for Reward points. Reviews written via email, chat, SMS, social media, via telephone are not eligible for review points.
If you return an entire order, we are unable to guarantee a refund to you of the total dollar amount spent after reward point promotions, and the points used to redeem the promotion may or may not be added back to your rewards account. Redeemed rewards codes are only eligible for one-time use.
If a rewards code was used on an order that was canceled or returned, please contact Customer Service to see what can be done. Aerosoles reserves the right to treat refunds of reward points on a case-by-case basis.
You can view all of the rewards and perks right on the rewards page. To redeem reward points, visit the rewards page and log in to your account, and visit the redemption section. You can find your redeemed rewards codes in your Rewards History when logged in to your account. If you have a lot of transactions in your history, you may need to scroll further in your history to find your redemptions. The history is sorted by date of transaction, newest to oldest.
Earning Aerosoles Reward PointsEarning Aerosoles Rewards points can be done in a multitude of ways:
- Points per $1 spent- 50 Points to register
- Birthday points
- 25 points to leave a review on a verified Aerosoles purchase
Aerosoles Rewards TiersTiers are based on the total amount of dollars spent. Returns and refunds may affect the tier status. Tier levels expire after one year if the tier's spend level is not maintained.
Referrals and Bonus InitiativesReferred Friends must be first-time full-priced customers for both of you to be eligible to receive the referral rewards (not combinable with other promotions). The referral reward must be initiated through our rewards referral box on our rewards page or with your unique referral link to be eligible for a reward. Orders that were placed without using the referral link will not be eligible for compensation.
Points will be added to your account once your friend's order is placed and fulfilled. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know a referral has been completed. The rewards history can be viewed in your account in the rewards history section.
Please note it's one account per person or per address. The referral system will block any referrals with the same address (e.i, if two sisters live together and one sends the other a referral, neither will receive referral perks because they have the same address).
Birthday Points
To receive Birthday Points, add your birthday under ways to earn points on the rewards page. On your Birthday, we will upload the birthday points to your account.
To receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days before your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you are signed up. All successive birthday emails will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you registered your birthday through your rewards account any time after your birthday has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the next day of your birthday on the following year.
If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you have not received the additional points in your account, please contact us here.
Other Terms and Conditions:Aerosoles reserves the right to alter, ban, or terminate the Aerosoles Rewards program at any time. Aerosoles reserves the right to alter or adjust the terms of the program at any time. Aerosoles may alter or limit the points awarded at any time. Accounts with separate emails may not be merged.
An Aerosoles representative may close and zero out point balances for multiple accounts for abusing the program in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, wholesalers/resellers, and opening multiple accounts per person or per address. Aerosoles Reward members are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration and throughout the holdings of their account.
