Unworn shoes, boots, and sandals in their original packaging (box) may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or a return.

Return fee is $11 unless checkout+ was purchased at checkout.

Aerosoles requires photos clearly showing a damage or defect and requires a return to be generated in the system once such information is provided.
