We ship online orders to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, US territories, US military APO/FPO addresses and Canada.

All orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous United States will include free ground shipping via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. For all other orders and delivery methods, please reference shipping charges in your checkout cart.

RETURNS

Unworn shoes, boots, and sandals in their original packaging (box) may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or a return.

Return fee is $11 unless checkout+ was purchased at checkout.

Pay $4.95 for checkout+ returns at checkout for a discounted return or exchange.

Aerosoles requires photos clearly showing a damage or defect and requires a return to be generated in the system once such information is provided.
