Returns & Exchanges 
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason our product does not entirely meet your expectations, you may return unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or credit to your original form of payment, less the original shipping and handling charges and the cost of the UPS Return label (if you choose that option). Returns received 31-90 days after purchase will be issued a merchandise credit. Clearance items priced at $29.99 and under can be returned for merchandise credit only. No refunds. Please include the packing slip or a copy of the sales receipt you received with your purchase and please indicate the reason for return.
Return or Exchange by Mail:
Please complete the return form on the packing slip as instructed. The return form must be included in your returned package to receive proper credit. If you do not have a packing slip, click here to download our PDF Return Form, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please fill out the Return section and include the reason code for your return. For purchases made at one of our Aerosoles stores, please include a copy of the sales receipt you received with your purchase.

Option A. Your most convenient return option.
We ship via UPS
Use the pre-addressed return label on your packing slip.
No postage required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Drop your package at any location that ships UPS – the UPS store, UPS drop box or any UPS affiliated location.

UPS return labels cannot be used on Hawaii, Alaska, AFO/FPO or Canadian shipments.
Simply adhere the UPS Return label on the front of the packing slip using the enclosed pouch or tape the label to your box. Include your return form in the box and drop your package off at your nearest location. The cost of return shipping, listed below, will be deducted from your credit or refund.

3 items returned $11.50
4 or more returned $13.75

Option B. Return On Your Own
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the address below. We recommend insuring your package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is received and processed.

Step 2. Package your return.
Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label and any other labels. Seal the package securely with tape.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding the shipping & handling charges; less the UPS cost of return shipping, if you choose this option). Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two (2) business days.
