Returns & Exchanges 
Your satisfaction is our top priority; that's why we guarantee every item that we sell, whether it was purchased throughthe Aerosoles catalog, Aerosoles website or in any Aerosoles retail store. If, for any reason, our product does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn or unused items within 30 days of purchase (returned items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days) for an exchange or refund, less the original shipping and handling charges and the cost of the UPS return (if you choose that option of return). Clearance items priced at $29.99 and under can be exchanged, or returned for merchandise credit only. No refunds. Please include the packing slip or a copy of the sales receipt you received with your purchase and please indicate the reason for return.
Return or Exchange by Mail:
Please complete the return form on the packing slip as instructed. The return form must be included in your returned package to receive proper credit. If you do not have a packing slip, click here to download our PDF Return Form, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please fill out both the Return & Reorder sections and include the reason code for your return. Whether you are trying a new color, size, or style, outbound shipping & handling on your exchange is complimentary. For purchases made at one of our Aerosoles stores, please include a copy of the sales receipt you received with your purchase.

Call our Customer Service department at 1-800-798-9478 (within the US & Canada). We'll send in-stock items right away and credit you once we receive your return. If you choose this option, please complete the return form as instructed on the reorder form and have that form, along with your original order number, ready when calling.

Option A. Your most convenient return option.
We ship via UPS
Use the pre-addressed return label on your packing slip.
No postage required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Drop your package at any location that ships UPS – the UPS store, UPS drop box or any UPS affiliated location.

UPS return labels cannot be used on Hawaii, Alaska, AFO/FPO or Canadian shipments.
Simply adhere the UPS Return label on the front of the packing slip using the enclosed pouch or tape the label to your box. Include your return form in the box and drop your package off at your nearest location. The cost of return shipping, listed below, will be deducted from your credit or refund.

3 items returned $11.50
4 or more returned $13.75

Option B. Return On Your Own
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit from your return appears on your credit card statement. Please send the package to:

2. Package your return.
Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label and any other labels. Seal the package securely with tape.
3. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange.
We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding the shipping & handling charges; less the UPS cost of return shipping, if you choose this option). Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two (2) business days.
Return to an Aerosoles Store
Purchases can also be returned to any of our Aerosoles company-owned stores in the U.S. You may return unworn or unused items within 30 days of purchase for exchange, merchandise credit, or refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping & handling. Please bring your invoice and we will credit or refund your charges in the original form of payment. Without the invoice, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price. Merchandise credits issued in Aerosoles company-owned stores cannot be redeemed through the Aerosoles catalog or online. Clearance items priced $29.99 and under can be exchanged, or returned for merchandise credit only. No refunds.
